Your New Role:
Sedgwick Resource Solutions is looking for candidates with a background in domestic property claims. We are specifically seeking individuals with experience in visiting and inspecting customers' properties who are ready to advance their adjusting career. Additionally, we welcome applications from those who are already working as domestic major loss adjusters.

You will play a vital role in ensuring that each customer's journey is as smooth and stress-free as possible, helping them regain their confidence and get back on their feet with care.
Your Skills and Experience:
Investigating and assessing major domestic property losses, including fire, flood, and other perils.
Negotiating settlements with policyholders and third parties.
Preparing detailed reports and documentation.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and insurers.
Providing excellent customer service.
Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices.
Proven experience as a Commercial Loss Adjuster (minimum 1 - 2 years).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Negotiation and influencing skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A proactive and results-oriented approach.
A relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACII, CILA) is preferred but not essential.
